CREATIVE HATHA YOGA FLOW

Unique, all-levels class based on Hatha Yoga, incorporating meditation, pranayama (breath-work), song, dance and creative play.

YOGA SONG THERAPY

Alicia’s signature, unique all-levels rejuvenating class which creatively merges meditation, singing, pranayama (breath-work) and yoga asana to help students center their bodies and minds, open their hearts and raise their vibration. Students will experience yoga as a moving and musical meditation.

SOCA YOGA (Caribbean Dance Yoga)

Alicia’s signature, unique all-levels dynamic class where yoga asana meets Caribbean dance. Students will raise their vibration to the drums and rhythms of the Caribbean, have a cardio-boost and a fun workout, while getting in tune with their bodies and minds.

POWER VINYASA YOGA (LEVEL 1)

Power Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners. This is a mix of flow yoga with easy strength-building exercises suitable for those who want to tone up and strengthen both body and mind.

POWER VINYASA YOGA (LEVEL 2)

Power Vinyasa Yoga for Experienced Beginners and Intermediate Students. This is a mix of flow yoga with strength-building and cardio exercises for those who want a more challenging and fun workout for body and mind.

WARRIOR WOMEN: POWER VINYASA YOGA FOR WOMEN

Power Vinyasa Yoga for women who want a mix of flow yoga, cardio and strength-building exercises. A fun but challenging workout for body and mind.

GOLDEN YEARS GENTLE YOGA FOR SENIORS

Gentle and relaxing Hatha Yoga class for seniors. Includes Chair Yoga.

YOGA in ENGLISH

A hybrid of lecture and workshop. Students first learn about and discuss the history and various contemporary themes of yoga, then enjoy a physical practice of meditation and yoga asana.
